It took some effort to get the labels right
Navigating through the WFHI software’s support and communication features was a mixed experience for me. At first, the wording and labels on some tools were confusing—they didn’t align well with the terminology I usually use in remote workflows, so I was unsure about certain steps. However, after spending some additional time exploring the dashboard and getting through the initial training modules, the labels became clearer and made more sense. The onboarding flow helped clarify this over time, but it definitely wasn’t seamless from the start. What I appreciated was that the telephonic support team was quite patient in explaining ambiguous wording and provided useful examples that helped me understand the functionality better. On the downside, I felt that some standard database-related labels were too technical without easy-to-understand descriptions initially, which slowed me down. Overall, the effort I invested to get accustomed to the labels was moderate, and while some aspects worked well after the adjustment, others left me feeling they could be more intuitively named from the beginning. I imagine with more updates and automatic improvements, these elements will become easier to navigate for future users, but for now, the learning curve was somewhat steep and required patience.
