It took some effort to get daily usage smooth

In day-to-day use, the WFHI software had its ups and downs for me. Initially, access was somewhat inconsistent—sometimes logging in was quick, and other times the dashboard took longer to load, which was a bit irritating. Over the week, I noticed better stability but still occasionally had to restart the dialer or refresh the database feature to keep everything working properly. That said, the software did let me manage my remote workflow without too many hassles once it was running smoothly. I also found myself having to dedicate time each day to double-check automatic updates because I wasn’t always sure if new features would affect how calls or tracking worked. On the plus side, the interface was quite intuitive once I got used to navigating it daily. It definitely required some initial effort to get fully comfortable with the software’s flow before it felt like an efficient tool. I suppose with more time I’ll just incorporate these steps naturally into my routine, but right now it feels like kind of a learning curve that I’m still climbing.
