It took some effort but labels made sense eventually

When I first started with the onboarding software, I found the labels a bit confusing and had to take some time to fully understand what each button and section was for. Some terms didn’t seem entirely intuitive immediately, which meant I had to rely on training materials to figure them out properly. The people involved in the training were responsive enough when I reached out, and their explanations helped clear my doubts, though sometimes I felt things could be explained a bit better. Accessing the database and calling tools was relatively straightforward after getting past the initial hurdle. The invoice and payment process was clearly laid out, but it did require a focused effort to get everything set up correctly. Overall, I feel that the wording and labels do make sense once you put in the effort, but it’s not instantly obvious. I’d rate it four stars because there’s room to improve the clarity and reduce the initial learning curve, though it’s functional and useful in the end.
