It took several calls to get a simple thing explained

The process of getting clarity from support was quite slow and required multiple efforts. When I first needed help understanding the automatic update feature, the explanations I received were vague and not very useful. Each time I contacted telephonic support, I felt that the answers were repetitive but did not clearly address my specific questions about how updates integrate with the database. It seemed like the representatives were reading from a script rather than tailoring the guidance to my situation. The dialer software setup also needed explanation, but even after a few calls, I was still uncertain about certain functions. The step-by-step instructions during onboarding were somewhat disorganized, which added to the confusion. Sign-up and invoicing instructions were straightforward, but the complexity arose mostly from the usage details. I did manage to resolve some issues eventually, but the experience involved much back and forth. Overall, the effort required to achieve clear understanding was greater than expected and made the whole process more tedious. There was little sense of consistent communication and proactive assistance in explaining the features in an accessible way.
