It took quite some figuring out on my end
I found the telephonic support somewhat lacking because it often left me to troubleshoot most issues on my own. While the initial help was available, the details were never fully explained, so I had to spend a good chunk of time working things out without guidance. The communication felt sparse and not as proactive as I would have liked. That said, the fact that the database and dialer features were functional from the get-go helped a bit. I could at least manage basic operations without constantly needing help. However, for more complex matters, the onus was on me to understand the software's nuances and configurations without clear step-by-step assistance over the phone. I appreciate that telephonic support was reachable and somewhat attentive, but there was this reservation that they wouldn’t fully resolve every query in real time. It required patience and a willingness to learn independently, which not everyone might have. I think a more structured communication approach might reduce this effort significantly. Still, in the end, I got used to things, but I wish it hadn’t been such a steep, self-reliant learning curve right from the start. The automatic update information was okay, and the sign-up process didn’t add to the confusion, so that part was handled fairly well.
