It took quite some effort due to confusing labels
Starting with WFHI's training and onboarding, I struggled because the wording and labels throughout the software weren't always clear. It felt like some of the buttons and instructions didn’t match what I expected based on the training materials. This mismatch made each step more time-consuming than it should have been, especially when I was trying to use the database feature alongside the calling tools. On top of that, the telephonic support helped but often referred me back to material that I couldn’t easily locate or that didn’t explain the terms in plain language. That made me hesitant to keep pushing through. Payment and sign-up were less confusing, but the main challenge was really trying to learn the workflow with so many unclear labels and instructions. Still, I suppose the automatic updates might improve this over time, but for me, getting started felt unnecessarily difficult. It's a shame because the product features seem useful, but the clarity of explanation needs work.
