It took quite a while to get everything
I started using the platform and noticed that while most of the labels on the software and training modules felt clear, some wording was a bit confusing. For instance, the database feature had labels that seemed ambiguous, so I had to pause and think about what was expected of me there. The steps in onboarding did feel fairly well organized, but certain explanations could have been clearer, which added to the time I spent figuring things out. The calling tools were okay once I got the hang of them, but sometimes I had to guess what a few buttons meant. Payment and invoicing instructions were straightforward and matched what I expected, so that part was less stressful. Overall, the experience took longer than anticipated, mainly because I kept going back to read and understand the labels. So, while the product works, I’d say the wording still needs improvement to reduce confusion and save time in the future.
