It took quite a lot of effort to get this up and running

Setting up and using WFHI software turned out to be more demanding than I expected. While the initial setup was manageable, I found that the ongoing configuration needed a lot of manual attention. The training did help me get started with things like the dialer and the database features, but after that, it felt like I was mostly on my own to handle daily adjustments and troubleshoot problems. Telephonic support was accessible, but the advice sometimes required me to wait or repeat explanations to get the right solution. The automatic updates occasionally disrupted my workflow instead of improving it immediately, so managing them took time. Although signing up and paying the invoice was straightforward enough, the communication post-purchase about software changes and best practices wasn’t consistent. I would say that while the initial effort is acceptable, the continuing workload to keep things running smoothly was more than I anticipated. This might be fine for someone with technical expertise or those who don’t mind investing daily time, but for me, it felt like a lot of upkeep rather than a hands-off experience.
