I found the software somewhat daunting at first because there wasn't a lot of hand-holding in the early stages. A lot of features, like the database and calling tools, needed me to spend time understanding how they actually worked together. While the automatic updates were neat and seemed to run smoothly without me needing to intervene, the initial setup and onboarding process demanded a lot of personal troubleshooting. On the plus side, the telephonic support seemed prompt when I called, but honestly, I was often trying to solve issues on my own before reaching out. It's not that the software is bad, but it could benefit from clearer initial guidance on how to use all its parts effectively. Overall, I feel like I did most of the learning solo, which was somewhat frustrating because I was hoping for a smoother start. Despite these issues, once I got the hang of it, the system was alright to work with, but it definitely took more effort than expected.
