It took quite a bit of effort to get started
Going through the training and onboarding, I was hoping for clearer explanations, but the process honestly felt quite demanding from the start. I struggled to follow some parts of the software setup because the instructions often seemed vague, and I had to repeatedly pause and re-listen to details. The training sessions did cover the essentials but weren’t very user-friendly for someone not deeply familiar with these tools. Navigating the dialer and database features remained confusing throughout, and I felt that automatic updates sometimes changed the interface unexpectedly without much warning. This made it harder to develop a routine over the first few days. On top of that, reaching out for telephonic support wasn’t always straightforward, and the responses I got seemed a little generic rather than tailored to my issues. The sign-up and payment procedure was clear enough, but all the other steps felt like a steep learning curve requiring lots of extra effort. Overall, it took me much longer than I anticipated to get the software usable for my workflows. I can see that the tools may work well for others, but for me, the onboarding and training phase was frustrating and time-consuming, not matching my expectations for clarity and ease.
