Starting the training and onboarding with WFHI was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, the materials they provide are detailed and logically laid out, helping me get familiar with the remote workflows step-by-step. But I found that sometimes the people handling the onboarding were not immediately responsive, and I had to wait longer than I expected to get answers to my questions. When I did get a response, it was generally helpful and addressed my concerns well, which balanced out the initial delay. This back and forth felt like it slowed me down a bit, especially since I prefer to learn in a more continuous flow. I can see that the system itself has potential and the database feature ties into the training nicely, letting you practice practical tasks early on. Still, I would have preferred quicker replies during the early phases while I was still getting a grip on everything. Although the software performed reliably and the dialer worked smoothly, tying that all together during onboarding took more effort than I thought it would. So, in the end, I’d say the onboarding training is solid but requires some patience during the communication phases from their team.
