It took much more effort than I'd hoped to get through training

I started out hopeful when I began the WFHI training and onboarding, thinking the steps would flow logically. Initially, there was a clear outline of what to expect, which was reassuring. The training modules covered the necessary features, like the calling tools and the database management system, and when the automatic updates rolled in, it helped keep the content fresh. However, as I proceeded, I realized the steps weren't always presented in the most sensible order for someone new. Some parts felt repetitive, requiring several attempts to really grasp, especially around the dialer functionalities. Sometimes I found myself jumping back and forth between sections to connect certain instructions, which was frustrating. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment instructions were clearer in comparison and didn't add to the confusion. But overall, the lack of a smooth progression in training made the process more demanding than it needed to be. Despite occasional helpful telephonic support, the onus was largely on me to figure out the correct sequence. This extra effort drained some motivation, and honestly, I believe the training could work better with a bit more thoughtful structuring that guides users steadily rather than making them piece things together. So while there were positives, the challenge of the workflow put me off more than I had anticipated.
