The process took quite a bit more time than I initially thought because a lot of the setup and training I had to work out on my own. While there was telephonic support available, it was not always immediately accessible or detailed enough to address all my questions during onboarding. That said, the automatic updates did keep the software current without extra effort on my part, and I appreciated that. Also, the database and calling tools functioned well once I understood them, which helped with my workflow. However, the sign-up, invoicing, and payment sequence felt more complicated compared to other platforms I’ve used, and this slowed down my initial engagement with the software. Even the training materials, though eventually useful, required patience and self-guided exploration. So in the end, while there were helpful parts, the overall experience meant I spent significant time figuring things out independently rather than with continuous support, which was a drawback for me.
