It took more effort than I expected to make sense of labels
While using the WFHI software and trying to navigate the support communication, I found that the wording and labels were more confusing than helpful. It really required additional effort on my part to figure out what each label meant and how to use the calling tools properly. I had hoped that the onboarding flow would walk me through things more clearly, but often the terms seemed inconsistent or overly technical for someone at my level. This made the training sessions less effective because I wasn’t always sure if I was following the instructions correctly. Even when I called the telephonic support to clarify these issues, the explanations didn’t quite clear things up. The priority assistance was also slower than I anticipated, so I ended up feeling frustrated at multiple points. Automatic updates occasionally changed how features were labeled without notice, adding to the confusion. Overall, I spent more time decoding the system itself than focusing on using the features as intended, which definitely reduced my confidence in the product’s ease of use.
