It took more effort than I bargained for
The pre-purchase experience with WFHI software was a mixed bag. I remember one particular moment when I had to repeat the same questions multiple times on a call before I finally got clear answers about features I was interested in. While the representatives did seem patient, the redundancy and some waiting during calls made the process more tedious than it needed to be. Outside of that instance, much of the pre-sale engagement felt a bit vague as I wasn’t always sure when to expect follow-ups or responses. The paperwork for signing up seemed straightforward once I got there, and the invoicing process looked typical without any hidden complications. But the prolonged back and forth before purchase made me rethink if this was the right software for me. Post-purchase, I found the training and onboarding fairly decent, and the software’s dialer and database features worked to an extent, though not all were as intuitive as promised. Overall, a fair experience with pros and cons but definitely more effort than I expected before deciding.
