it took more effort than expected, but some help was ok
So I started out hoping the support would just guide me through a clear sequence of steps when I got stuck but it wasn’t quite like that. It felt like each time I called, they would reset and take me back to the start of the explanation so I had to repeat things multiple times, which was kinda frustrating. On the plus side, when I did get through they were patient and did answer my questions, so it wasn’t a total waste. The order of their responses sometimes felt a bit mixed up, like they didn’t always understand the exact part I needed help with first. I guess on the phone the priority assistance isn’t always immediately available which added some wait time. Overall though, after a few calls I could figure out the steps on my own more easily so I guess the effort paid off after a while, but I wish it was more straightforward from the start. It was a bit of a slow process but the support was not unhelpful, just required persistence.
