It took me time to fit software into my working hours
When I first started using the software, I realized quickly that it didn’t quite fit smoothly with the irregular hours I actually work. The onboarding process was straightforward enough, but as my working routine isn’t fixed, scheduling calls with the dialer became challenging. The automatic updates sometimes happened when I was in the middle of tasks, disrupting my workflow. Accessing the database and handling invoicing required dedicated time slots which I initially struggled to find due to my shifting schedule. Telephonic support was helpful when I called, but reaching them was not always immediate. Over several weeks, I adjusted my work periods to better suit the software’s flow. However, the mismatch between the software’s operational expectations and my actual hours meant it took longer than I hoped to get comfortable with its features. In short, the overall experience was somewhat frustrating at first because it demanded more consistent timing than I usually have, but some aspects functioned fine after adjustments.
