It took me almost a week to figure it all out
When I first signed up for the software, I honestly didn’t expect to spend so much time just figuring out basic workflows. The initial onboarding material helped me get started, but a good part of the setup was something I had to piece together on my own. For example, I had to tweak the database configurations several times to suit the kind of contacts I was targeting. The dialer worked well but only after I modified a couple of settings that weren't clearly explained upfront. I also found myself experimenting with the calling tools during actual calls rather than in tutorials. It took about a week of daily use before the whole system started feeling intuitive. What helped in the end was their telephonic support, which was always ready to assist, although sometimes there was a wait. The automatic updates kept things running smoothly once I got past the early bumps. Despite the initial learning curve, I’m glad I stuck with it because now the workflow feels quite streamlined. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, with no issues along the way, making the experience as smooth as possible given everything else I had to navigate.
