it took longer than i thought to figure things out
When I first started looking into WFHI’s offerings, I didn’t realize just how much of the process I’d have to figure out on my own. The sign-up itself was straightforward enough, but once I was inside the software, things were a bit daunting. The training modules were useful, but I found some parts unclear and had to go back repeatedly to understand the workflow fully. Especially the database features, while impressive, required quite a bit of trial and error before I felt comfortable with them. I thought automatic updates would solve some usability issues instantly, but occasionally they complicated things by changing layouts without much notice, which meant I needed to adapt fast. The calling tools and dialer generally worked okay, but setting up contacts took longer than I imagined. On the plus side, once I reached out to support and they were pretty helpful on calls, even if waiting was sometimes necessary. The invoicing and payment process was simpler than I feared, thankfully, though not entirely intuitive from the start. So overall, yeah, it took a fair bit of effort over several days before everything started feeling usable and comfortable. Looking back, I think if there were more in-depth initial guidance or even just better labeling, it would save people like me a lot of time and hassle.
