It took longer than I thought, but I figured most things out myself
When I first engaged with the sales process, I assumed it would be a bit more guided, but in reality, I found myself working through a lot on my own. The sign-up and initial payment procedures were as expected, but after that, I spent quite a bit of time exploring the software interface, dialing tools, and database features without much direct support. The training sessions were helpful but felt somewhat rushed, so I ended up learning many functions by trial and error. I also had to spend time understanding how automatic updates impacted the usability and how to adjust settings accordingly. The telephonic support was available when I needed it, yet often I had to articulate my problem clearly before getting useful guidance. The invoicing process was straightforward but tracking hours versus usage required personal attention. Reflecting on this, the entire process from purchasing to fully operational usage took a fair amount of time, longer than I initially expected. However, I am gradually becoming comfortable and confident with the tools, even if it wasn’t a fully hand-held journey.
