It took longer than expected to understand the terms
Signing up and going through the sales process wasn't as quick as I hoped, mainly because some of the labels and wording used in communication weren’t very intuitive. For example, terms related to database features and subscription tiers weren’t clearly distinct, so I spent extra time clarifying what I was actually signing up for. However, once I went through the training and onboarding steps, the software interface itself made a lot more sense. This helped offset some of my initial confusion. The dialer and calling tools were straightforward to use, and automatic updates generally improved features without interrupting my workflow. Invoices arrived on time, and the payment system was reliable, which made me feel reassured. Overall, I think WFHI could improve the clarity of pre-purchase information to speed up decisions. But still, the whole process got easier after the first week, which is why I’m giving four stars.
