It Took Longer Than Expected to Get Through Training
My experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding was a mix of positives and frustrations. On the good side, the training content covered all necessary tools like the dialer, database access, and how to navigate their software interface. The steps were laid out clearly, and I appreciated how the automatic updates popped up to keep my system current. However, the wording and labels in the interface sometimes made me pause and double-check, as they weren’t always intuitive. For instance, some buttons had vague names that didn’t instantly reveal their functions. It took me a bit longer to get fully comfortable with the system than I initially expected, especially when troubleshooting minor setup issues or trying to configure calling preferences. The telephonic support was available, but wait times occasionally stretched longer than I liked. That said, the invoicing and payment procedures were simple enough, with clear instructions and timely notifications. In balance, while the training materials were comprehensive, I’d say the overall onboarding journey required more patience than I had anticipated, but it did get me up and running eventually.
