Looking back, I realize it took quite some time from sign-up to actually getting things fully operational. The training sessions themselves were helpful, but getting through the initial phase of setting up the database and configuring the calling tools involved more waiting and back-and-forth than I anticipated. Although the onboarding instructions were detailed, some steps required additional clarification from telephonic support, which added to the overall timeline. Automatic updates sometimes occurred during working hours, briefly interrupting my workflow, which was a minor annoyance. The payment and invoicing process was straightforward and did not contribute to any delay. While the software itself is quite capable and integrates well with my workflow now, the start-up phase’s length is something to bear in mind. It wasn’t frustrating enough to make me stop, but it did test my patience at times. Overall, once I overcame the initial hurdles, things smoothed out nicely, but realistically, anyone signing up should be prepared for a longer ramp-up period than they might expect based on the initial sales communications.
