Looking back, I remember that it took quite some time before the sales and pre-purchase information was explained clearly enough for me to feel comfortable moving forward. Initially, I found the details about the software’s capabilities and how the dialer and database features would integrate into my setup were quite vague. The sign-up and invoicing processes were easier to understand by comparison, but even then, I had to ask multiple times through telephonic support to get a clearer picture about billing cycles and payment options. The training and onboarding information was promised as part of the service, and while eventually it did arrive, it didn’t immediately answer some of my key questions about workflow compatibility. I’m still unsure about how some of the automatic updates could impact the usage day-to-day. Overall, it felt like there was a bit of a wait before things made complete sense to me. This meant a slower start than I expected. However, I do acknowledge the telephonic support would answer my calls reasonably well, and the software itself worked fine once I got setup. So, while the pace was slower than ideal, eventually the explanation came through and that was important.
