It took longer than expected to find help
When I needed assistance with the software, I found that locating the right support resources was not as straightforward as I had hoped. I had to spend a fair amount of time navigating through different sections of the dashboard to find the relevant documentation before resorting to telephonic support. The database features and dialer tools have multiple settings and it was confusing at first to identify which options applied to my use case. Once I initiated a call to the support team, the telephonic response was helpful, but the overall time involved in resolving my issue was longer than I really wanted. The automatic updates worked quietly in the background, which was good, but did not seem to be explained very clearly in the training modules or user guides. The sign-up and invoicing process went smoothly, so at least starting with the software was hassle-free, but ongoing navigation to find answers took patience. Despite this, the combination of training, support calls, and practice helped me gain some confidence over time in using the calling tools effectively. I think finding the right help faster would have saved a considerable chunk of time overall, especially when setting up my remote workflow environment. To sum it up, the time spent trying to get support at first was longer than I expected, even though the eventual assistance was satisfactory.
