It took longer than expected but I might do it again
Starting out with the WFHI software wasn’t exactly a quick process for me. Even after signing up smoothly and handling the payment and invoicing without any issues, it took more time than I expected to get the basics of the calling tools and the dialer set up properly. The training modules were useful but I found myself spending extra hours figuring things out, especially how the database feature linked with the dialer to manage contacts effectively. Automatic updates came through without any disruptions, which was nice. The telephonic support helped, but only after some wait and back-and-forth. Despite these delays and extra steps I had to take myself, I don’t feel discouraged entirely. Would I do it again? Probably yes, but with the expectation that I’ll need a bit of patience and dedication to make it work. It’s not a plug-and-play system but has the potential to be really effective once you get the hang of it.
