It took less time than I expected to get moving
I was mentally prepared for a lengthy setup since these remote workflow systems often take ages just to get started, but with WFHI, the entire process felt quite efficient. The initial sign-up and payment steps were clearer than other platforms I’ve looked at before. The onboarding and training didn’t drag on unnecessarily, which helped me actually begin using the software quickly. Even as I navigated the database features and configured calling tools, the built-in help made the learning curve less steep than I thought. The dialer integrated smoothly from early on without needing extra configuration, which was a pleasant surprise. Automatic updates rolled out without interrupting workflow, so I didn’t have to wait around for fixes. All in all, arriving at operational status happened faster than I expected given the complexity of these tools. I’d say the time investment was reasonable and didn’t hold me back from putting the software to work the way I had hoped. This matched better with my expectations than a slow, tedious onboarding usually does.
