It Took Its Time But Finally Settled In
The sales and pre-purchase process with WFHI was not a quick win, but over a few days I found it settled into a steady routine. At first, the sign-up and payment steps seemed too formal and slow. The invoicing was clear, but it took a bit of back and forth to fully understand all the terms and features available for remote work management. I used the trial period to explore the calling tools and dialer, which functioned fine on the whole but had some hiccups when trying to integrate with my existing workflow database. This led me to consult support a few times, and while the responses were polite and timely, some detail was missing from their explanations. The automatic updates were more regular than I expected, which sometimes disrupted the continuity of my work, but improvements were noticeable after each update. The training materials were sufficient, enabling me to get a basic grasp of the software functions, though I imagine prolonged use would be necessary to exploit the platform fully. I must say, the daily interaction with the software required me to invest consistently in learning and troubleshooting. I think the product has potential, but it’s not effortless; it demands a steady effort and patience.
