It took forever to get support responses yaar
Yaar, main seriously frustrated thi jab mein support ke liye contact karne ki koshish kar rahi thi aur response ke liye bohot time lag gaya. Maine socha tha ki steps toh simple aur sensible honge, but that was not the case. Pehle mujhe guide karna tha ki kaise dialer setup karoon, phir unhone mujhe database waale step par le jaana chahie tha, but woh cycle kuch confusing ho gayi thi. Phone pe baat karte karte mujhe pura feeling hua ki koi proper sequence follow nahi ho raha. Training sessions bhi thode scattered feel huye, jisme clarity ki kmi thi. Jo mujhe lagta tha ki onboarding bohot fast ho jayega, woh toh bahut slow ho gaya. Support team polite thi, lekin the delays aur confused order mein hume kaafi struggle karna pada. Mujhe toh laga tha ki main single call mein sari problem solve kar lungi, par yeh nahi hua. Aise me time zyada waste hua aur frustration badha.
