It took far too much effort just to get basic explanations
My experience with WFHI support and communication was really frustrating because the explanations were never clear from the start. First, I tried to understand the onboarding flow but had to call multiple times because none of the steps were explained plainly. Each time I called, I encountered a different agent, and every time I had to repeat what I wanted to know. It felt like I was chasing after answers with no end. As the conversations continued, I realized they often gave me vague responses or instructions that didn’t match the software I was using. I struggled to figure out how the calling tools and dialer actually worked since no detailed walkthrough was provided. Even the automatic updates felt confusing because no one explained what changed or how to adapt. Sign-up and invoicing were another maze — unclear and requiring repeated calls. Despite spending a lot of time trying to get clarity, I ended up more frustrated than helped. Honestly, the whole support process drained my patience and energy because it took far too much effort just to get basic explanations I felt should have been provided upfront.
