It took effort to navigate the sales process
Going through the sales and pre-purchase process required me to put in some effort. I had to call support multiple times to understand how scheduling worked and whether the dialing tool would suit my workflow. The information provided initially wasn’t enough to answer all my questions, so I ended up spending quite a bit of time figuring out what features were included and how the database would integrate. Each time I contacted support, they answered clearly, but I wasn’t able to finalize everything in one go. I expect that next time I might need similar help again to get up to speed or handle new features, especially because some sections of the software are not entirely intuitive. Overall, the process does require patience and some back-and-forth communication. That said, once I got through it, I was able to move forward with the onboarding, and the invoicing process was straightforward, which helped reduce stress at that stage.
