It took effort to decode some labels but mostly okay
Using the WFHI software for a few weeks, I found the communication and support clear in parts but somewhat confusing in others. Some of the labels and wording within the dashboard did not quite match my expectations or usual industry terms, causing delays as I had to double-check what each button or field truly did. This wasn’t a huge roadblock, but it meant extra effort was needed at setup and during ongoing use. Telephonic support was reachable and willing to assist, which helped a lot. They explained terminology and clarified many questions patiently. However, a little more alignment between the interface language and typical remote workflow terms would reduce the effort required to get going. The automatic updates generally improved the system without breaking anything, which was good. Database integration worked well, and I liked that I could organize contacts intuitively, though some filter labels later seemed less clear. Sign-up and invoicing were straightforward enough but also could be labeled with more user-friendly phrases. Overall, I’d say the communication and support do their job, but the wording inside the software could be simplified or made more consistent to help a user like me settle in faster. It’s a reasonable balance of positives and minor irritations, and I appreciate that they’re quick to help when called.
