It took effort to align my expectations with reality
Before I started engaging with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase process, I had a clear set of expectations based on their descriptions, so I thought it would be straightforward. Early on, there were helpful demonstrations and telephonic support explaining features like the calling tools and database integration, which gave me some confidence. However, as I dug deeper, I realized some aspects didn’t quite match what was promised. The onboarding experience was less guided than I anticipated, forcing me to spend extra time figuring things out by trial rather than clear direction. Payment and invoicing were mostly smooth, though I felt a few glitches in the sign-up flow delayed my progress. I also noticed the automatic updates sometimes changed features without much notification, disrupting my workflow momentarily. On the plus side, support was generally available and responsive, which helped me navigate these bumps. In summary, matching my expectations to the actual experience took more effort than I hoped, and while some parts were good, the extra work to get settled felt like a downside.
