It took effort, but I got there eventually
I found the pre-purchase process with WFHI to be somewhat demanding in terms of the effort I had to put in understanding everything on my own. While the sales team provided initial explanations about the software and its features, a lot of the finer details around the calling tools and database integration I ended up figuring out myself through trial and error. The sign-up was fairly standard, and billing seemed alright once I had sorted through the information. The automatic updates didn't feel like something I fully understood at first, but over time I noticed them working. Telephonic support was decent but felt more reactive than proactive, and I had to initiate most of the calls when I faced challenges. I keep wondering if there could have been more structured help early on so I wouldn’t have had to spend quite so much time puzzling through the onboarding flow. Despite these doubts, the training provided was useful enough, and I believe with continued use the initial effort will pay off. I’m somewhat satisfied but know that if I were advising a friend, I’d caution them it might require self-driven work along the way.
