I found the responsiveness of the software support quite lacking. Whenever I reported issues with access or the dialer not behaving correctly, there was quite a delay before anyone even acknowledged the problem. Waiting on the phone was a frustrating experience because it felt like I was stuck without any real help for days. The updates that were supposed to fix bugs seemed slow to arrive, and the overall communication was minimal. While the software itself is decent enough when working, the lack of timely human support made it a struggle to trust the service. Honestly, the time it took to get any useful response was disappointing and made me think twice about continuing long-term.
