It took a while to understand the billing labels and instructions
The process for understanding the labels during the whole sales and pre-purchase experience took more time than I expected, and it was quite frustrating. The wording of various pricing components wasn’t clear at all, which left me guessing whether certain charges were recurring or one-time. This lack of clarity caused me to spend extra time reviewing the invoices and reaching out to support for explanations. Even the sign-up and payment flow added to the confusion because the labels differed between screens, making it hard to be confident before proceeding. The training didn’t address this aspect well, so I had to figure it out mostly on my own. Given the delays and extra effort required, I can’t say the billing terminology was user-friendly, which I think made the overall experience unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming for someone like me who wanted clarity from the start.
