It took a while to get quick help, but eventually worked out
Looking back at my experience, I realize that getting the software fully up and running took more time than I initially thought it would. When I had questions about the calling tools or the dialer, it often felt like the telephonic support took a bit longer than I expected to get back to me. That was frustrating because I wanted to keep my workflows moving without delays. That said, once they did respond, the assistance was generally helpful and patient, which I appreciated, though I wish the response time had been quicker. Over time, I got a better sense of how the software behaved daily, and the updates mostly ran smoothly without disrupting work. It left me reflecting on how important prompt support is in remote workflows, and while the team was good once they connected, the wait times stood out the most in my memory. In the end, it’s workable, but I’d hope for more responsive communication.
