It took a while to get comfortable with the terminology
Reflecting back after using WFHI's software for a few weeks, I have to say it was mostly a positive experience. The software was quite functional and allowed me to manage remote workflows efficiently, yet I initially struggled with some of the labels and wording used within the interface. Terms like "Dialer" And "Database" Were clear, but some menu options and buttons had ambiguous names that required trial and error to understand. Thankfully, after a few days of dedicated use during my onboarding, the meanings became more apparent, and I could navigate the system more smoothly. Access to training materials helped clarify some terminology issues, though I do think a glossary or clearer explanations would make onboarding faster for new users. Apart from this, automatic updates worked seamlessly in the background and didn’t disrupt my work. Setting up the calling tools and integrating the database into my workflow was straightforward once I grasped the labels. Overall, it took a bit of time to become fully comfortable with the wording, but once past that, the software proved quite competent for managing the remote tasks I wanted to complete.
