It took a while to get all the info clear and ready
From the start, I was eager to get everything up and running efficiently, but the process wasn’t as swift as I hoped. I spent quite some time trying to understand exactly how the database features integrated with the dialer and whether I was using the calling tools to their full potential. While the automatic updates were meant to keep things optimized, sometimes they added more confusion than clarity because I wasn’t always informed beforehand about specific changes. I also found myself waiting on a couple of occasions for support to respond over the phone, which slowed down my workflow. On the positive side, once I got past the initial sign-up and invoicing steps—which were reasonably straightforward—the training provided eventually made the core functions easier to get to grips with. It wasn’t rushed, but at the same time, the pace felt slow enough that I worried about falling behind. The invoicing system worked reliably, at least, and I appreciated that payments and bills arrived in an organized manner. Overall, the experience was positive but required patience. The explanations during the onboarding phase could’ve been clearer and more complete to speed things along. Without a doubt, this setup would work better for people who prefer a methodical introduction; anyone looking for a rapid start might find it a bit frustrating during the first few days.
