It took a while but was worth the wait
When I first considered WFHI software, the sign-up and payment process seemed straightforward enough. However, getting fully set up and understanding all the features, especially the dialer and the database functions, took longer than I initially expected. The training sessions helped but I needed to refer back to them a few times while familiarizing myself with the workflow. The billing system was transparent, and invoices came through as expected which made the financial side clear. Support was available for some questions, but I found the telephonic assistance occasionally delayed. What worked well was the automatic software updates, keeping me current without manual effort. On the downside, I felt the onboarding flow could have been a bit faster or smoother. Overall, I’d sum it up to a decent experience—it was neither too quick to get going nor frustrating enough to give up. If you plan to invest the time, the platform’s tools and features will serve you well once you’re used to them. The learning curve exists but is manageable with patience and some support along the way.
