It took a while, but then again, that might be expected
I spent some time checking how their sales info matched my actual working hours, and honestly it's a mix. Some parts fit quite well into the daily time I can spare, but the initial setup and trying to align the tools with my schedule took longer than I hoped. The sales materials made things sound straightforward, but they didn't mention how much time you'd end up spending making things work for your exact hours. The signing up and invoicing were simple enough, but I found the training took more time than I planned for. It was a bit frustrating waiting to get access fully set up, especially because I expected to just start using it sooner. Some features worked great once running, like the dialer and database, which saved me a lot of time day to day. On the other hand, the onboarding process had some confusing steps which slowed me down. Support helped, but I sometimes felt like I had to push through to get answers. Overall, the fit with my working hours is okay but just be prepared to spend some extra time figuring things out beyond what's in the sales pitch.
