It took a while before the interface started making sense
The moment when the labels really clicked for me happened after several days of regular use, not immediately during onboarding. Initially, some of the terminology seemed a bit technical and counterintuitive, which made navigation and feature understanding harder. Training sessions helped, but I found myself returning to the dashboard multiple times to confirm what each button or option actually controlled. Once I stopped expecting instant clarity and allowed myself the time to familiarize with the wording, things gradually improved. There were still some areas where the instructions felt vaguely worded, especially around the dialer settings and database management. If the product team refines the labels to be more user-friendly and intuitive, I’m sure fresh users would have an easier time. Despite that, the overall training materials were well-structured and the onboarding experience supportive enough to avoid complete frustration. It wasn’t love at first sight with the interface, but by pacing myself and revisiting the guidance, I eventually felt comfortable and competent using the software. That gradual “Aha” moment made the difference in appreciating the full functionality of the platform.
