It took a moment for support to really click with me
I wasn’t sure what to expect from the support when I signed up, and honestly, it took a bit longer than I’d hoped before the whole thing clicked. Early on, calling the support lines felt a bit like going round in circles—waiting times were sometimes frustrating, and not everyone seemed equally equipped to help efficiently. However, once the team understood my queries better and the automated updates stabilized, I noticed a much smoother flow. The infrequent but helpful telephonic conversations gradually built my confidence. The software itself generally met expectations, although some features were a bit harder to grasp on first attempt. Ultimately, it was that moment when support and I were on the same page that made things good enough for me to keep using the service. I think with a bit more upfront communication, this onboarding could have been less of a struggle. Still, glad it worked out in the end for the most part.
