It took a lot of effort to understand the labels

I found the support quite frustrating mostly because the wording used in the software and during telephonic communication was confusing. There was this one moment when I was trying to use the dialer and kept getting stuck on exactly what to do next because the instructions didn’t quite match the buttons I saw on my screen. I called up the helpline, hoping for clarification, but the terminology used by the support agent only made it a little clearer, not completely straightforward. Beyond that moment, the rest of the interaction was pretty vague in my memory — I think I tried a couple more times but still wasn’t feeling confident about what all the labels meant throughout the database feature or invoicing system. On the plus side, the payment and sign-up processes didn’t cause problems. But honestly, expecting clear, simple labels on user interfaces is not too much, and here it was an ongoing struggle that made me reluctant to fully adopt the software. I’m left with mixed feelings about how much effort I had to invest to just understand the basics.
