It took a lot of effort just to understand the labels and instructions
Starting the training and onboarding process was frustrating because the labels and wording used throughout did not always make sense. For example, when I tried to access the database feature, the term used to describe it was unclear, and I wasn't sure if it included the calling tools or the dialer functions. Each step seemed to have ambiguous descriptions, and the onboarding flow did not clarify much; I had to keep guessing what each section meant. Even the training modules felt disconnected because the terminology was inconsistent. The automatic updates sometimes introduced new labels or reorganized menus without clear explanations, which added to the confusion. Trying to get telephonic support was another challenge; the representatives assumed I understood the jargon. Overall, the whole experience demanded more effort than expected just to understand what I was doing, and that was exhausting before I could even utilize the core software features.
