I found myself really frustrated with how things went. When I was looking to purchase the software, there were issues that came up but the response wasn't what I hoped for. It took longer than I expected to get a clear answer, and I felt lost at times. The whole experience just didn’t play out well for me, and I ended up feeling quite disappointed.
