It took a lot of effort, and still wasn’t quite as expected
When I signed up, my expectation was that the software access would be straightforward and intuitive to navigate from the very beginning. However, actually getting it to work was more complicated than I thought. The first step was creating my profile in the database, but the interface felt less user-friendly than I assumed. Labels and menus sometimes didn’t match what training suggested, which caused confusion. Accessing the calling tools and using the dialer required multiple attempts and phone calls to support, because it wasn’t obvious how to switch from one mode to another. Even though telephonic support was available, it felt like I was repeating explanations to different people, and the pace of assistance was slower than I wished. Automatic updates arrived but occasionally changed features without clear notice, so I had to relearn parts of the software unexpectedly. The invoicing and payment process was okay but didn’t help counterbalance the effort overall. So, despite putting in considerable time, the experience didn’t fully match what I anticipated, and I found it more challenging to get comfortable with the platform than I had hoped.
