It took a little longer than I'd hoped, but it was clear
When I first reached out to inquire about the software and training, the sales process was pretty thorough in explaining what I’d get. On the positive side, all my questions were answered carefully, and they didn't rush through anything. However, the detail meant it took quite a bit of time to completely understand the platform's capabilities and pricing structure before I could decide. What impressed me most was how clearly the explanations laid out the features—like the calling tools, dialer, and the database—that would support running workflows remotely. Since I was new to some of the technical aspects, that clarity was beneficial even if the sessions ran longer than I expected. Ultimately, the time invested upfront saved confusion later during onboarding and training. The sign-up process and payment flow were straightforward once I was ready to commit. On balance, I appreciate the transparent approach; I wouldn’t want them to shorten things if it meant losing that clarity. While it was a modest test of patience, I felt confident in what I was getting.
