It took a few days, but I ended up confident with software access
By the time I completed the initial onboarding and training sessions, I felt fairly confident with accessing and using the WFHI software and its remote workflow features. The sign-up process was straightforward, and invoices were received promptly without any hassle. However, I must say it took a bit longer than I anticipated to fully grasp the database features and dialer tools—mostly because the interface demands some getting used to. The automatic updates were useful in keeping everything current without extra effort, which helped build my confidence over time. When I initially struggled with some navigation points, the telephonic support gave me clear explanations, though I wished for faster response during peak hours. Overall, the learning curve was somewhat steep but manageable, and I am now comfortable running my remote workflows with the available tools and training materials.
