it took a bit of fussing to get started
So when I first looked at the sales process for signing up and getting access to the software, it felt like there was a lot to go through before I could even start any real work. The steps weren't always in an obvious or convenient order which made the first few days a bit frustrating. The initial registration was fine but then having to understand the invoicing and payment schedules without much upfront clarity took some effort. Also, certain features like the dialer and database had their own onboarding which wasn't clearly linked from the sales side, so I had to figure some of it myself. The automatic updates were mentioned but the effect on workflows wasn't really explained early on. Support was available but only once I had completed enough steps to reach out. Overall, it took more time than I expected and I wish the sales and pre-purchase steps were better coordinated so the transition to using the software and training would have been smoother. It wasn't impossible but definitely more effort than I thought it should be.
